Possible side effects of consuming Chia seeds
The Salvia Hispanica seed is marketed most often under its common name “Chia”, but also under several trademarks. There are several distributors, but Lifemax is the most predominant in the industry.
Lifemax’s marketing strategy is to promote Chia seeds as miracle seeds. Lifemax’s website claims that Chia seeds improve the following:

To look at Lifemax’s website one would think Chia seeds are a real miracle food. But are they? Or are there hidden – and dangerous – side effects of Chia seeds that Lifemax and the other distributors are not talking about?
